Sarah Boone joined Arlington/Roe as a Commercial Binding Assistant Underwriter in 2024. She has prior experience from Appalachian Underwriters, where she worked as a commercial lines new business underwriter for a year. Prior to that, she spent three years at Acceptance Insurance as a licensed sales agent and office manager, and five years as an educational assistant at Knox County Schools.

Sarah enjoys the problem-solving aspects of underwriting. She compares underwriting to fitting together pieces of a puzzle, and she finds it satisfying when it all comes together, ensuring that insureds have what they need.

Originally from Weeki Wachee, Florida, Sarah resides in Clinton, Tennessee, with her two beloved cats, Beans and Kitty. In her free time, she co-manages a small cottage kitchen business specializing in fresh salsa and baked goods. Sarah especially enjoys experimenting with new recipes alongside friends and spending her days exploring local farmers’ markets and thrift stores in search of hidden gems.
