Sarah Callan joined Arlington/Roe in 2025 as a Commercial Associate Broker. Prior to joining the company, Sarah worked as an account manager at World Insurance Associates for 10 months. Before that, Sarah worked as a client coordinator at Ellerbrock Norris for nearly five years. She has extensive experience in the insurance industry, bringing a strong background in client management and account coordination.

Sarah holds a degree in business administration and a diploma in paralegal studies from Central Community College in Hastings, Nebraska. She also has a CISR designation.

Sarah enjoys the opportunity to learn something new each day. She thrives in the fast-paced nature of the insurance industry and values the constant challenges it presents. Additionally, Sarah takes great satisfaction in building meaningful relationships with both clients and colleagues.

Outside of work, Sarah enjoys spending time with her family and friends. Coming from a creative family, she spends most of her spare time crafting, sewing or painting with loved ones.
