Sarah Johnson joined Arlington/Roe in 2014 as an underwriter in Commercial Binding, working with both Indiana and Kentucky agents. In 2020, she was promoted to Senior Underwriter. Her previous experience includes over 20 years on the E&S wholesale side. Sarah is a native of Lexington, KY, and studied at the University of Kentucky in Lexington. She holds a Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) designation.

Sarah’s favorite part of her career is the challenge of finding a fit for all types of risks and the relationships she has with her associates and producers. She is involved with several organizations in her community including Kentucky Police Wives, Lexington Police Wives, Concerns of Police Survivors (COPS), the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, and she is a nursery worker at her church.

When she isn’t working, Sarah is hunting, fishing, traveling and spending time outdoors with her family. She enjoys reading, needlepointing, taking care of her rescued animals, and she is a huge University of Kentucky fan.
