Shelly joined Arlington/Roe in 2022 as a Commercial Binding Assistant Underwriter. Before joining Arlington/Roe, she worked as a Commercial Lines Account Manager at McIntire Insurance, a division of RSS Insurance. She has over 15 years of prior experience in the insurance industry. She served in the United States Army Reserves for 10 years prior to joining the insurance industry.

Her favorite aspect of her job is the fast-paced nature of the insurance sector, as well as the chance to meet so many fantastic individuals. In her free time, she enjoys spending time on the farm with her six horses, two miniature donkeys, and three dogs.
