Shifa joined Arlington/Roe in 2021 as a Professional Liability Associate Broker. She began her insurance career as a CSR at an insurance company in Saudi Arabia, where she worked for nine years. She also worked at Westfield Insurance and was promoted to senior CSR after one year. Shifa has an MBA in marketing from Karachi University Business School in Pakistan and speaks three languages.

Her favorite aspect of her career is that there is something new to learn about every day in the insurance industry. She is glad that each day is interesting and fun, and she is continuously learning.
