Stephanie joined Arlington/Roe in 2023 as a Commercial Binding Senior Underwriter. She has been in the insurance industry since 2005 and has been in several roles including P&C underwriter, claim analyst, and more. She has been on the carrier and wholesale sides. Stephanie is a graduate of Western Michigan University with an MBA from Olivet College. She also earned CPCU, API, CLU® and AIM designations. She is also a member of the CPCU Society – Western Michigan Chapter.

 Stephanie’s favorite aspect of her career is helping others and collaborating with others to find coverage for challenging risks, making a positive impact in people’s lives through tailored solutions.

In her spare time, you can find her with her family doing outdoor activities such as hiking and camping, working on house projects or traveling and visiting new places.
