Steve joined Arlington/Roe in 2007 as a Policy Technician in our Professional Liability Department while finishing his Bachelor’s Degree with Indiana University.  In mid-2008, he moved to our Marketing Department where he held roles of Marketing Coordinator and Marketing Specialist.  In 2010, he moved to our Commercial Binding Department as an Assistant Underwriter and, in 2016, he was promoted to Commercial Lines Underwriter.  In 2018, Steve joined the Healthcare & Human Services Department as a Broker, and, in 2025, he was promoted to Senior Broker.

He graduated from Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis with a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice.

Steve’s areas of focus consist of healthcare organizations, long term care facilities, human services, and life sciences.  He enjoys the opportunity to work with our agency partners to find solutions for complex and challenging risks.  He is grateful for the relationships he has created throughout his career.

Steve enjoys spending time with his wife, Emma, and his daughter, Evelyn. His hobbies include hiking, traveling, reading books, and watching movies.
