Tim joined Arlington/Roe in 2023 as a Senior Business Development Associate for Illinois. Originally from Philadelphia, PA, Tim is a graduate of La Salle University with a Bachelor of Science in marketing. During his time at La Salle, he worked at USLI in their sales enhancement area and began a full-time role at the company upon graduation in their policy issuance department. A little over a year later, he was promoted to the sales enhancement team and worked there for five years. Most recently, he was a Midwest territory manager with Corvus Insurance.

Tim’s favorite aspect of his chosen career path is building strong relationships with his colleagues and company partnerships. He enjoys making a direct impact on business flow and educating producers on providing the best products and services to help them grow their book of business. When he isn’t working, he is watching and playing sports with friends. He is involved with intramural basketball and softball teams, and he plays golf on the weekends in spring and summer. He is also a huge Philly sports fan and loves to watch the Eagles, Phillies and Sixers. Outside of sports, he is a big fan of music and art. He enjoys listening to a variety of music genres and going to see live shows. He also does some drawing and sketching in his free time.
