Toni joined Arlington/Roe in 2014 as a commercial lines assistant underwriter. In 2015, she joined the Workers’ Compensation team as a Brokerage Assistant and in 2023, she was promoted to Workers’ Compensation Associate Broker. Toni has 21 years of insurance experience before joining Arlington/Roe. She is well versed in insurance because she has worked in a variety of positions including underwriting assistant, bond assistant, excess medical underwriter and client services coordinator. She has 40 hours of property and casualty C.E.U. and is knowledgeable about many underwriting and data entry programs.

Toni’s favorite aspect of her career is the people she has worked with over time. This is her second time working with several of her current associates! In her free time, she takes a mini vacation every weekend on her boat during boat season and spends time with her family and friends. She is also involved with her church by helping out in children’s ministry and greeting. She loves college sports and is an avid supporter of the University of Louisville football and basketball teams.
