Tricia joined Arlington/Roe’s team in 2019 as a Personal Lines Assistant Underwriter. She has been in the insurance industry since 1995 with experience on the wholesale, retail and carrier sides. Tricia’s past positions include assistant underwriter, customer representative, commercial lines underwriter and renewal underwriter. She graduated from Eastern Kentucky University with a bachelor’s in business administration and holds a property and casualty (P&C) license. Tricia enjoys helping agents grow their book of business and assisting her team members in contributing to the company’s success.

When she is not working, Tricia is spending time with her family and friends. She loves to shop, workout (especially Zumba), go hiking and fishing when the weather is nice. She also loves animals and has two cats that are brother and sister, and they are both very spoiled.
