Velichia  joined Arlington/Roe in 2023 as a Personal Lines Assistant Underwriter. She has 12 years of varied insurance industry background as an agency customer service representative, a workers’ compensation underwriting technician and a material damage adjuster team lead. Velichia is a graduate of Willian Peace University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in marketing and communication.

Velichia’s favorite aspect of her career is advocating for agent producers and their insureds by understanding their individual situations and finding solutions that best bit their needs.

In her spare time, she is traveling, spending time with her wife and daughter, cooking, shopping and watching any cop drama on TV.
