Victoria Cox joined Arlington/Roe in 2025 as a Workers’ Compensation Associate Broker. Prior to joining the company, Victoria worked for nearly a decade at Appalachian Underwriters in the workers’ compensation department. During that time, she held various roles such as small business underwriting assistant, small business underwriter and assistant underwriter in the mid-market department, managing new and renewal submissions exceeding $100K in manual premium.

Victoria attended Roane State Community College, where she majored in business management and earned recognition on both the dean’s list and the president’s list. She also holds a Tennessee P&C license.

Victoria’s professional passion lies in fostering relationships and bridging the gap between carriers and agents. She thrives on finding the best solutions to protect insured’s businesses and their most valuable assets—their employees.

Outside of work, Victoria loves spending quality time with her husband, their two daughters and two dogs. She is an avid outdoor enthusiast and nature photographer. Victoria also enjoys sewing and taking on embroidery projects.
