The Francis Roe Center is happy to announce our featured session for April, Coffee Talk with the Roes, on April 28, where you will hear from Jim, Patrick, and Andy Roe on the current state of the insurance marketplace and how Arlington/Roe is here to help.

The Francis Roe Center is named in honor of President & CEO Jim Roe’s father, Francis, reflecting Jim’s commitment to ongoing education and his desire to commemorate his father’s legacy through this initiative. The Francis Roe Center is dedicated to inspiring success, fulfillment, and the well-being of all our associates and partnered agents.

The FRC offers a variety of topics, with a monthly onboarding or refresher update on how to do business with us, “Get to Know Arlington/Roe.” If you are new to the insurance industry or new to working with us, or perhaps you are simply looking for an update, please check out this session where we have seven presenters with our underwriters and brokers speaking from their various departments. The next Get to Know Arlington/Roe is on April 23rd.

We continue to expand our sessions to include individual department overviews, including Medical Malpractice, Transportation, Professional Liability, and more. We also dive into discussions around topics that are top of mind in the industry with specialty sessions, such as the hard market and active assailant coverages.
