We are also pleased to introduce Todd Tarver, our new Specialty Accident & Health Practice Leader. He brings 25 years of experience in the A&H space with a diverse background in underwriting, brokerage consulting and practice development. He began his insurance career at Chubb, where he was underwriting with pen and paper for the first few years, then he moved to work on the broker/consulting side with Mercer H&B.
Todd spent two years in Mercer’s New York headquarters, then relocated to the Midwest to open a zone practice to support and grow the region as well as the West. After experiencing consistent growth in the regions, Todd was promoted to National Practice Leader.
Throughout his career, Todd has developed risk management programs that have directly saved the lives of insureds and their families in an emergency while away from home. Todd has firsthand knowledge that these products offered are a cost-effective way to ensure travelers, their families, and/or guests, as well as event participants, remain safe while mitigating the risk of liability for the policyholder.
