INDIANAPOLIS, IN – Arlington/Roe, managing general agent and wholesale insurance broker, announces the appointment of Sam Watts, Professional Liability Senior Broker.
Sam has 18 years of insurance industry experience. He previously worked as the director of operations for the National Association of Mutual Insurance Companies (NAMIC) Agency in Indianapolis for six years. During his time at NAMIC, he also served as a senior customer service representative and customer service team leader. Additionally, Sam has experience working with a variety of small commercial and personal lines clients at Hylant Insurance. He began his insurance career in 2006 at State Farm as an intern. He then worked at the Jim Metzler State Farm Agency as a multiple line sales and service representative.
Sam graduated from Ball State University and holds a Bachelor of Science degree with a major in marketing and minor in psychology. Sam holds both a CIC and MLIS designation.
Sam is involved with the Big I of Indiana and was honored to serve as its Young Agents/Emerging Leaders Committee chair from 2017 to 2018. He is also a member of the Professional Liability Underwriting Society (PLUS) and volunteers at the Boys and Girls Club in Noblesville.
