2024 marked another year of significant premium growth, additional associates and a new era for the family business.

Andy Roe was promoted to President and Chief Operating Officer, and Patrick Roe was promoted to Executive Vice President and Chief Sales and Marketing Officer. Jim Roe continues as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer.

Additionally, the company celebrated its 60th Anniversary in August. This event brought together almost all associates nationwide and internationally at our Indianapolis Headquarters.

Arlington/Roe also reached a new premium milestone of $390 million and ended the year with 240 associates.
