A few years ago, we begin to celebrate Founder’s Day on Francis Roe’s birthday, August 13. He would have been 97 this year. Unfortunately, we couldn’t physically be together to celebrate, but we still came together in our hearts.

We are an especially unique and privileged company because we are third-generation family-owned, and we have always been independent.

Our company is based on a foundation of honesty, integrity, respect and trust. We are celebrating 56 years of Doing the Right Thing. On August 13, we celebrated our roots through Francis and our company’s future growth with Jim.

Beginning with the phrase, “Ruth, I just quit my job,” in a small house in Indianapolis to nine offices across the Midwest, the history of our company shows where we began and how much we have grown.
