Aiden joined Arlington/Roe’s Michigan team in 2019 as a commercial assistant underwriter. In 2021, he was promoted to commercial associate broker; in 2022 he was promoted to Commercial Property Broker. He has prior experience working for a retail insurance agency, initially as an intern, then as a full-time account manager. Aiden graduated cum laude from Olivet College with a degree in insurance and risk management. He has earned a University Associate Certified Risk Manager (UACRM) designation.

Aiden enjoys the constant learning opportunities and the daily challenges of the insurance industry, particularly within the ever-exciting property line of business. He says his first love is baseball, and he was fortunate enough to play at the collegiate level as a starting pitcher and infielder. After work, he is at any of the following locations: on the golf course, on a softball diamond, at the gym working on his jump shot, or at the local brewery playing music bingo.
