Anne joined Arlington/Roe in 2004 and retired as a full-time employee in 2019. She currently helps part-time with Sales & Marketing for Minnesota. She began her insurance career in 1978. Her work experience includes independent insurance agency ownership, production, marketing, customer service, sales management and administration. She also served as executive director of I.T.D.I., an insurance training and development project for the state of Indiana. She is a native Hoosier and a graduate of IU.

Anne gives generously of her time to support non-profit organizations including the Big “I” Independent Insurance Agents, PIA Professional Insurance Agents, Habitat for Humanity and Dress for Success. She also assists the Ivy Tech insurance program in collaboration with other insurance schools like Ball State, Butler and Indiana State. In her spare time, Anne likes to volunteer, travel, garden and do fun activities with her family and grandchildren.
