Andrew Fischer joined Arlington/Roe in 2021 as the Western Michigan Marketing Manager. In 2024, he gained new responsibilities and was promoted to the Regional Sales Director for Michigan & Wisconsin. In this role, he collaborates with the Leadership Team to execute defined strategies, sales planning, goals, and objectives. Andy, along with the other Regional Sales Directors, monitors the marketplace and identifies industry changes impacting the effectiveness of current, pending, or proposed programs and products. Lastly, he oversees key agency relationships and conducts quarterly regional reviews.

Andy has extensive experience in the insurance industry and is intimately familiar with Michigan agencies. He began his insurance career in 1994 with Citizens Insurance Company (now known as Hanover) as a property claims adjuster. He then transitioned to a commercial lines production underwriter at Citizens for four years before taking on a commercial lines account executive position at Michigan Insurance Company.

His role at Michigan Insurance Company lasted over 20 years where he held various positions such as commercial lines manager, commercial & personal lines manager, vice president of the north business unit, and vice president of marketing.

Andy also holds Associate in Risk Management (ARM) and Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designations. He was born and raised in the northwest Michigan area south of Traverse City and attended the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor with a Bachelor of Arts degree.
