Donna originally joined Arlington/Roe in 2015 as a Commercial Binding Underwriter. After leaving for a couple of years, she rejoined Arlington/Roe’s Commercial Binding team in 2021. She has many years of previous experience on the retail side selling and servicing commercial and personal insurance before transitioning into the wholesale market.

Donna’s favorite aspect of her insurance career is the variety of risks she sees come across her desk and helping our retail producers find a home for their hard-to-place risks.

In her spare time, Donna is involved in foster/transport for Midwest Boston Terrier Rescue. She lives in the Geist area of Indianapolis with two Boston terriers, a French bulldog and a cat. When the weather cooperates, Donna is often on the lake. She also enjoys bike rides, walking her dogs, and the occasional trip to the casino.
