Anthony joined Arlington/Roe in 2022 as a commercial binding assistant underwriter. In 2025, he was named commercial binding associate underwriter. Later, in 2026, he was promoted to Commercial Binding Underwriter. Prior to joining Arlington/Roe, he spent two years in a hybrid sales position at Shepherd Insurance. Before that, Anthony worked at McGowen Insurance as a Personal Lines Producer for three years. He graduated from Ball State University with an associate degree in Criminology.

His favorite aspect of his career is the relationships he has made over the course of his insurance career and that his work protects the important assets of his insureds. In his spare time, he enjoys coaching youth sports and volunteering at Pendleton Christian Church and Nicaragua Resource Network. He also likes spending time outdoors and camping with his family.
