Kristin joined Arlington/Roe in 2022 as an Agency Relations Coordinator. Prior to joining Arlington/Roe, she was the head optician at Complete Family Eyecare for three and a half years. Before that, Kristin worked in the banking industry and as a basketball & soccer coach. She graduated from Eastern Illinois University.

Her favorite aspect of her career is learning new skills, working with others, and problem solving. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time on the lakes around her house, reading a good book, and working out. She is a huge Notre Dame fan and enjoys watching college football every Saturday.
