Landen VanSyckle joined Arlington/Roe in 2025 as the Wisconsin Sales & Marketing Manager. Landen had nearly a decade of experience in the insurance industry prior to joining Arlington/Roe. He most recently served as director of sales and agency relations at JM Wilson, where he held multiple leadership roles over the past seven years. His background also includes positions as a commercial insurance sales specialist with American Family and as a broker with Ascension Risk Services.

Landen holds a bachelor’s degree from The University of Olivet, where he double majored in Insurance and Risk Management and Financial Planning.

Landen enjoys building genuine, long-term relationships across the industry. He finds it rewarding to collaborate with partners to help grow their business while simultaneously driving strategic initiatives, enhancing operational efficiency, and contributing to the overall success of the organization. He’s especially motivated by the strategic side of sales and thrives in roles where he can lead, support and continue learning in a constantly evolving industry.

Outside of work, Landen is actively involved in both professional and charitable organizations. He volunteers as a fishing guide for Take a Vet Fishing, an organization dedicated to giving back to veterans, and for Casting 4 Kids, which raises funds for the UW Carbone Cancer Center through fishing tournaments. He’s also a member of the Big I of Wisconsin Emerging Leaders group.

In his free time, Landen is a self-proclaimed “serial hobbyist.” Whether he’s fishing, golfing, hunting, snowboarding or spending time up north around a bonfire, he makes the most of every season. He also enjoys staying active through fitness and cherishes time with his fiancé and their two dogs, Rylie and Porter.
