Ray joined Arlington/Roe in 2017 as an assistant commercial binding underwriter. In 2022, he was promoted to Commercial Binding Associate Underwriter. His prior experience includes work as a policy services technician and an underwriting assistant for an E&S lines insurance company. Ray graduated from Ohio State University and holds Associate Underwriter (AU), Associate in Insurance Services (AIS) and Associate in General Insurance (AINS) designations.

Ray’s favorite part of his chosen career path is helping others gain financial peace of mind and alleviating their worries. When he is not at work, he enjoys hiking, playing board games and watching sports.
