Renee joined Arlington/Roe in 1998 as an assistant underwriter in Transportation. She was promoted to transportation underwriter about three years later, then to Senior Underwriter in 2020. She focuses on garage, public auto, and business auto, but she can also write other lines of Transportation. Renee has been in the insurance industry since 1984, with a two-year break working for the IRS. Most of her insurance career has been focused on transportation insurance.

Renee’s favorite aspect of her chosen career path is the challenging nature of the work and the variety each day brings. She is involved in several local organizations. She is a Boy Scout committee member, and she builds props for the Noblesville marching band and indoor percussion. When Renee isn’t working, she has a plethora of hobbies and is often found traveling nationally or internationally, scuba diving, skiing, dog sledding, tending her garden, reading or making stained glass.
