Ryan Gibbons joined Arlington/Roe in 2024 as a Transportation Senior Underwriter. Prior to joining Arlington/Roe, Ryan worked as the executive transportation underwriter for JM Wilson. Additionally, he has experience with title clearing at Mortgage Information Services, Inc. Ryan graduated from The Ohio State University and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree (BA) in economics.

Ryan’s favorite aspect of his chosen career is that everyday is different than the next. He finds underwriting and analyzing all different types of risks to be exciting. He remains intrigued by the insurance field and enjoys finding creative solutions to unique problems. Ryan is also fascinated by the multitude of risks and takes pleasure in expanding his insurance knowledge. He finds satisfaction in being a trusted point of contact and considers underwriting to be incredibly rewarding.

In his spare time, Ryan enjoys creating memories with his family and experiencing new things with them. He also loves to try new types of foods and is always on the lookout for the spiciest foods he can find. On the weekends, Ryan likes to play video games, golf, read and support his hometown by watching the Ohio State or Cleveland sports teams.
