Sierra Bowman joined Arlington/Roe as an Agency Relations Coordinator in 2024. She has previous sales experience from Johnson Brothers of Indiana, where she was an intern in the sales talent engagement program.

Sierra graduated Cum Laude from Indiana State University (ISU) with a major in Marketing and a concentration in Management. During her time at ISU, she broadened her academic horizons with a semester abroad at the University of Limerick, focusing on Marketing. Her involvement in extracurricular activities included women’s swimming and diving, Students for Sustainability, Fellowship of Christian Athletes, and the student government association.

Sierra is motivated by her passion for continuous learning and growth. She thrives on challenges that facilitate her professional and personal development. She seeks collaborative environments where she can build relationships with colleagues and contribute positively to team dynamics.

Outside of work, Sierra enjoys an active lifestyle. She is often rock climbing, hiking, running, wakeboarding, cycling, and doing yoga. She likes hanging out with friends, reading, attending concerts and cooking.
