Steve joined Arlington/Roe in 2016 as a broker and in 2023, he was promoted to Commercial Agribusiness Practice Leader and Senior Broker. Prior to joining the company, Steve worked as an independent insurance agent concentrating in commercial insurance. He began his insurance career over 20 years ago working on the company side of the business where he had served as a commercial underwriter and territory marketing manager before becoming an independent agent. Steve graduated from Indiana State University with a degree in insurance and risk management.
