Lacy joined Arlington/Roe’s Professional Liability department in 2013 as a Brokerage Assistant in the processing area. She assisted with several new (at the time) initiatives, including data security and privacy product and E&O coverage for independent agents through their state associations. Lacy’s background has been primarily in the retail field, where she managed operations for several stores while developing strong teamwork, technical/computer and analytical skills.

Lacy’s favorite aspect of her career in the insurance industry is the people she works and communicates with as well as the changing markets. In her opinion, there is never a dull moment! In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and her two boys.
