Kathy joined Arlington/Roe in 2001. She is an Assistant Underwriter in Personal Lines specializing in farm as well as flood insurance. She had five years of insurance experience on the company side prior to joining Arlington/Roe. With an appreciation for speed and efficiency, Kathy is respected by her peers and the agents and CSRs she serves. She truly enjoys talking to the agents and the variety in her position because every risk is unique.

She earned the AFIS designation in 2016 and also holds the AINS and API designations. Kathy has a Bachelor of Science degree from Purdue University in restaurant, hotel and institutional management.

When she isn’t working, Kathy is spending time with her family, especially her grandson, and she also enjoys knitting.
