Donna joined Arlington/Roe in 2006 as Vice President, Sales. In 2024, she gained new responsibilities and was promoted to Vice President and Regional Sales Director for Kentucky, Ohio & Tennessee. In this role, she collaborates with the Leadership Team to execute defined strategies, sales planning, goals, and objectives. She, along with the other Regional Sales Directors, monitor the marketplace and identifies industry changes impacting the effectiveness of current, pending, or proposed programs and products. Lastly, she oversees key agency relationships and conducts quarterly regional reviews. She works closely with all our specialty business teams to help grow our business.

Her extensive insurance experience includes 13 years with the Great American Insurance Company, as well as 13 years at American Modern Insurance Group. At American Modern, she helped develop the Commercial Lines Specialty Program Division as a business development manager, underwriter and marketer. She then became a Product Manager for the Elite Collector Vehicle Program. Later she became Assistant Vice President, Sales responsible for 19 states in the East Region Division. Her final role was Vice President, Sales of the Midwest Region Division.

Donna’s favorite part of her career is talking about Arlington/Roe, her team, and asking agent partners how we can be of service and help them find solutions. She enjoys developing long, lasting relationships with our agent partners that have even turned into long lasting friendships. She says she is living her best life and loves what she does.

When she is not working, she enjoys cooking, gardening, antiquing, walking in the woods and exploring restaurants and fun places with her friends. She loves traveling, especially to the beach and mountains with her husband and her dog. Anytime she can spend time with her family, especially her nieces and nephews, is a bonus day in her book.  Donna always says it’s another great day at Arlington/Roe, and she means it.
