Josh joined Arlington/Roe in 2016 as an Assistant Broker in Aviation. Before joining Arlington/Roe, he worked as an analyst for a health insurance company. Josh graduated from the University of Louisville with a degree in psychology.
Josh enjoys the team atmosphere cultivated within the aviation department and being able to offer solutions for hard-to-place risks. When he is not working, he enjoys spending time with family and friends.
