Parker Swayze joined Arlington/Roe in 2019 as a production support technician. In 2021, he was promoted to Professional Liability Brokerage Assistant and in 2023, he was promoted to a Professional Liability Associate Broker. He has prior experience working as a camp counselor, and he also interned at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway Museum for five months.

Parker is a Indiana University – Purdue University Indianapolis (IUPUI) graduate with a major in English: Writing and Literacy. His favorite aspect of his career is the chance to learn something new every day!

In his spare time, Parker loves spending time with his wife, Becky. He also likes to play video games, card games and board games!
