Brandee Gibson joined Arlington/Roe in 2021 as an Assistant Broker. In 2025, she was promoted to Commercial Associate Broker. She has previous experience as an Administrative Assistant at Robert W. Schmidt, a small surplus lines broker Arlington/Roe purchased in 2019. Brandee attended Milwaukee Area Technical College where she earned a dual-degree in Administrative and Legal Administrative professional subjects. Brandee previously held a Property & Casualty License and is committed to advancing her industry knowledge through the pursuit of the Associate in Commercial Underwriting (AU) designation.

Brandee is passionate about the insurance brokerage field and appreciates how it brings together professionals from diverse backgrounds to collaborate in securing coverage for clients. She values the internal and external dynamic teamwork that drives the process, viewing it as both humbling and inspiring. Brandee also recognizes the vital role insurance plays in supporting and sustaining the broader business world. She finds motivation in the constant opportunities for learning and growth that each day this industry offers.

Outside of work, Brandee enjoys spending time with her family and planning her next adventure. She has a love for discovering hidden gems across the Midwest and finds joy in exploring new towns and creating lasting memories with her family.
