Kelly joined Arlington/Roe in 2019 as an accounting assistant. In 2023, she was promoted to Healthcare & Human Services Assistant Broker. In her accounting role, she oversaw hundreds of monthly premium payments under sensitive time constraints and reconciled accounts, address billing and contractual concerns. She has previous experience as a Title Management Supervisor at Insurance Auto Auctions.

Kelly’s favorite aspect of her careers is providing the best service for our agent partners and working for a company that she respects and is respected in the insurance industry. She takes pride in her work and the relationships she has formed with agent producers and Arlington/Roe associates.

In her spare time, she is with her family and friends enjoying the outdoors. As a family, her husband and bonus daughter play card games, shop and try new places for food and activities. She is often with her self-described “crazy girl group” grabbing dinner or having Bible study. She and her family have two spoiled but loving cats. She also volunteers at community events that help raise money for animal and domestic abuse with the American Bikers Aimed Towards Education (ABATE)
