Gina Bryson joined Arlington/Roe as a Commercial Binding Assistant Underwriter. Before joining the company, she spent ten years as an educator, followed by a career at Philadelphia Insurance Companies. During her time at Philadelphia, she held various roles, including assistant underwriter for five years, trainer for two years, and underwriter for one year. Her responsibilities included handling endorsements, renewals, servicing accounts, and training new hires, providing her with a solid foundation in the insurance industry.

Gina holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Early Childhood, a master’s in educational technology, and a specialist degree in Educational Technology. Additionally, she has earned the Associate in General Insurance (AINS) designation.

What Gina enjoys most about her career is the opportunity for continuous learning and development. She thrives on tackling new challenges, which help her grow both professionally and personally. Gina resides in Independence, Missouri, with her high school sweetheart and husband, Mike, who works as a claims analyst for SwissRE. They have two children and share their home with three dogs. In her spare time, Gina enjoys reading, photography, and spending quality time with her family and friends.
