Celeste Million joined Arlington/Roe in 2024 as a Commercial Binding Underwriter. She has a background in both the insurance and banking industries. Before joining our team, she worked as an associate underwriter at a large MGA for 3.5 years, from 2020 to mid-2024. Before her insurance career, Celeste spent a decade as a relationship banker at Chase Bank, honing her customer service and financial skills from 2010 to 2020.

Celeste attended the University of Kentucky, where she began building the foundation for her professional journey. She finds great satisfaction in helping agents navigate the complexities of the E&S (Excess and Surplus) market.

Celeste is married to her husband, Dustin, who is an independent agent. Together, they have two children. She enjoys traveling, especially to the beach, and indulges in her creative side through designing and stitching needlepoint. She also enjoys listening to audiobooks and binge-watching TV shows.
