Debbie rejoined Arlington/Roe in 2024 as a Commercial Binding Senior Underwriter. She initially worked for the company as a Commercial Lines Underwriter in 2018 and retired in 2021, but she has since decided to come out of retirement part-time.

Her background in insurance includes both company and MGA experience in commercial underwriting. In addition, Debbie has earned the AINS and AIS designations. Her favorite aspect of a career in insurance includes building relationships between agents and problem-solving. She also enjoys the challenge of the E&S business.

When she’s not working, Debbie likes to spend time with her husband, Tim, and their children and grandchildren. She also enjoys boating, fishing, late night bonfires with her family, and spending winters at her Florida condo.
