Todd Tarver joined Arlington/Roe in 2025 as the Practice Leader for the newly established Specialty Accident & Health Practice. In this role, Todd is spearheading the company’s expansion into the accident and health insurance market by establishing a comprehensive suite of solutions including global business travel accident, voluntary and basic AD&D, participant accident, out-of-country medical, student travel and K–12 coverage, occupational accident and travel assistance services.
With more than 20 years of experience in the A&H sector, Todd has a diverse background spanning underwriting, brokerage consulting and practice development. Prior to joining Arlington/Roe, Todd served as the National Practice Leader for Mercer’s Accident & Health division, where he oversaw operations and growth across the Midwest and Western regions. He spent two years in New York as a broker consultant before relocating to Missouri, where he opened and managed an A&H practice for Mercer. His insurance career initially began in IT system testing before transitioning into underwriting.
Todd graduated from Rutgers University, where he worked as a Budweiser college representative. After graduation, he began his professional career with Anheuser-Busch before entering the insurance industry.
Todd is passionate about building strong client relationships and making a meaningful impact through his work. He finds great fulfillment in meeting with clients and prospects and showcasing the value Accident & Health products bring to their portfolios. Over the course of his career, Todd has developed risk management programs that have directly saved the lives of insureds and their families. He finds deep professional fulfillment knowing his work has provided real protection and support to individuals and their families during times of crisis. Todd is also an active member of the American Special Risk Association and remains engaged in ongoing professional development.
Originally from New Jersey, Todd now resides in O’Fallon, Missouri, with his wife Michele. They have four adult children and are proud grandparents. In his free time, Todd enjoys sketching, cooking, working out and spending time with family whether at home or traveling. He’s also a devoted dog owner and an enthusiastic (and unapologetic) Dallas Cowboys fan.
