Ben Carlisle joined Arlington/Roe in 2025 as a Commercial Assistant Broker. He previously worked as an associate underwriter at Chubb Agribusiness for one and a half years, following three years as a programs associate at GuideOne Insurance. During this time, Ben developed a strong technical foundation and gained a well-rounded perspective on the insurance industry.

Ben is a graduate of the Tippie College of Business at the University of Iowa, where he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance, along with a Certificate in Risk Management & Insurance. He also holds both AFIS and AINS designations, reflecting his commitment to ongoing professional development.

Ben enjoys building strong, meaningful professional relationships while continuously sharpening and applying his technical skills to support business growth and long-term success.

Outside of work, Ben enjoys cooking, golfing, staying active and spending time with friends and family.
