Summer Internship Program 

The Arlington/Roe summer internship program offers a hands-on introduction to the excess and surplus lines marketplace by working at a managing general agency and wholesale insurance broker. The internship program is tailored to the intern’s interests and includes cross-departmental rotational learning to provide a well-rounded experience. Throughout the internship, students will have the opportunity to learn directly from underwriters, brokers, company representatives, agents and leadership.

The program generally lasts 8-10 weeks, and housing accommodations are provided for candidates not local to the Indianapolis area. Please visit the link below for the application deadline. Applicant Requirements:

  • 3.0 or better GPA
  • Open to all class levels
  • Business-related major required. Insurance & Risk Management Major or minor preferred.
