Alesha joined Arlington/Roe in 2023 as a Commercial Lines Assistant Underwriter. Prior to joining Arlington/Roe, she worked as an insurance assistant at Liberty Mutual Insurance for two years before becoming a senior business rater. She most recently worked for Church Mutual Insurance where she began as a claims processor and later advanced to the position of claims representative. She then started as a process analyst in 2017, and then moved on to underwriting and eventually became an associate underwriter. She earned her Workers’ Compensation Claims Administration (WCCA) certificate while handling WC claims for the state of California.

Her favorite aspect of her career is that insurance is always changing, and risks are constantly evolving. She enjoys assisting a diverse group of people to help them better understand the complexities of insurance and guide them through the process. She enjoys being able to help others find the coverage that they need so they are protected.

In her spare time, she loves spending time outdoors with her husband and three children She enjoys snowmobiling and sledding in the winter and camping and swimming during the summer. Her family has 20 chickens as well as two German Shepherd dogs.
