Amy Hotrum joined Arlington/Roe in 2026 as a Professional Liability Associate Broker. Prior to joining Arlington/Roe, Amy worked at RT Specialty/JM Wilson as a broker/senior brokerage underwriter for five years. Before that, Amy spent four years as an administrative assistant at the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services and 17 and a half years at State Farm Insurance as an auto claims processor.
Amy attended Kalamazoo Valley Community College, where she took Business Administration courses. She also holds her Michigan Property and Casualty Producer license.
Amy enjoys meeting new people, building lasting relationships and collaborating with others to find solutions. She finds great satisfaction in working together toward shared goals and seeing positive results come to life.
In her spare time, Amy enjoys spending time with friends and family, making the most of everyday moments and spending time with her dogs, who always keep life fun and entertaining!
