Erin Stackpole joined Arlington/Roe in 2024 as a Commercial Binding Assistant Underwriter. Before joining the company, Erin worked at Marsh & McLennan Agency formerly Brower Insurance) from 2006-2019, where she started as a Commercial Assistant and eventually rose to the position of commercial team lead, specializing in transportation.

From 2019 to 2021, Erin worked at Hosket & Ulen Agency serving as a senior account executive, focusing on best practices and system workflows, particularly during the challenging times of the COVID-19 pandemic. She then transitioned to Hartford as a commercial manager in the global specialty middle market (financial lines) department, where she assisted underwriters with a Midwest book of business and managed special agency programs.

Erin holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Indiana Wesleyan University and an Associate of Science in Business Management from Sinclair Community College. She also holds an AINS (Associate in Insurance) designation.

Outside of work, Erin enjoys spending time with her two French bulldogs, Winston and Lucy, tending to her vegetable garden, and exploring various art forms like spill art and resin. As a retired equestrian enthusiast, Erin has a lifelong passion for horseback riding, having competed in Western Pleasure classes and jumping events since the age of nine. Nowadays, she enjoys traveling with her significant other to his hometown near Austin, Texas, and embracing new adventures.
