Katina Ward joined Arlington/Roe in 2021 as an Assistant Broker. Before joining Arlington/Roe, she was an associate underwriter for 15 years on the carrier side at Chubb Recreational Marine. She earned a Healthcare Specialist technical certificate and Outpatient Insurance Coding certificate from Ivy Tech Community College.

Katina’s favorite aspect of her career is the challenges that come with each unique risk throughout day-to-day operations. When she isn’t working, she is spending time with her family, bowling in a league on Friday nights, and coaching youth bowling for her youngest son’s league. Katina is a devoted IndyCar Fan and attends qualifications at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway every year. She is also a die-hard San Francisco 49ers, Cincinnati Reds, and IU basketball fan.
