Pamela joined Arlington/Roe in 2022 as a Transportation Assistant Underwriter. She began her insurance career in 2004 with American Family Insurance Agency. She most recently worked as a Processing Analyst at Church Mutual Insurance Company for 5 years. She has also worked as the treasurer and a first responder for a volunteer fire department in the past. 

Pamela attended the Independent Insurance Agents of Wisconsin and obtained her insurance license in Property/Casualty and Life and Health. She has also obtained her CISR and AINS designations.  

Her favorite aspect of her career is helping customers find the coverage they need and explaining how coverage works. She also likes the fact that insurance is always evolving and that there are so many different aspects to learn about. 

In her spare time, she enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband. She also enjoys training her 3-year-old German Shepherd she rescued. He graduated top in his class for obedience and earned his Canine Good Citizen Diploma. Pamela also enjoys spending time with her other two Scottish Terriers.
