Heather Belanger joined Arlington/Roe in 2023 as a Commercial Lines Binding Underwriter. Prior to joining Arlington/Roe, she spent almost 20 years at TCA Insurance in the personal lines, commercial lines and operations departments. Heather also worked as a commercial lines key account manager and in new business marketing at Huesman Schmid Insurance. She graduated from Northwood University with a bachelor’s degree in business administration.

Her favorite aspect of her career is assisting commercial clients in balancing their business and risk management needs. She enjoys assisting people in understanding the complexities of insurance and how it can be a tool for success in any business. She also loves working with people and hopes to use her experience to help agents build meaningful relationships and find solutions to some of their most difficult insurance needs.

In her spare time, she volunteers for various organizations. She is a Quota of Iosco County member, a Huron Hockey and Skating Association board member, and was the Vice Chair and Committee Member of Big I Michigan Young Agents. She loves spending time with her two children and stays busy shuffling them between sports and activities. She also enjoys cooking, attending concerts, and spending time on the beaches of Lake Huron.
