Rebecca Wray joined Arlington/Roe in 2025 as a Human Resources Learning and Development Manager. Before joining the company, Rebecca served as the director of the Gongaware Center for Insurance and Financial Services and Networks Financial Institute in the Scott College of Business at Indiana State University.

Prior to joining the company, in addition to her role with the Gongaware Center and Networks, she spent seven years teaching a variety of business courses at the university. Rebecca also worked for seven years as a licensed associate at Nationwide Insurance. With over 20 years of experience in higher education and insurance, Rebecca brings a wealth of interpersonal skills and knowledge to her role.

Rebecca holds both a Bachelor of Science degree in Insurance and Risk Management and Finance and a Master of Business Administration from Indiana State University. She is also licensed in Indiana for both Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance.

Rebecca is passionate about fostering an environment of continuous learning and helping individuals achieve both personal and professional growth. She enjoys cultivating strong relationships with others and assisting the next generation of talent in the industry.

Outside of work, Rebecca enjoys traveling with her husband, Jason, and immersing herself in new cultures. She values quality time with her family and has a passion for attending live theater and music performances. Rebecca also loves spending time in nature, with a special fondness for the Great Smoky Mountains National Park.
