Zac Carle joined Arlington/Roe in 2022 as a production support technician. In 2025, Zac transitioned to the Agency Relations team as an Agency Relations Coordinator.

Before joining Arlington/Roe, Zac gained valuable experience across several operational and customer-focused roles. He spent three years as a DoorDash delivery driver and three years as an Amazon associate, building a foundation in logistics, efficiency and service. His background also includes two years as a maintenance assistant at Indiana University Campus Recreational Sports, as well as a summer role as a warehouse associate at Nestlé, giving him a well-rounded understanding of hands-on operations and workflow improvement.

Zac graduated from Anderson High School in 2016 and attended Indiana University.

Zac’s favorite aspect of his chosen career is the opportunity to support others, improve accuracy, and help create a more seamless experience overall. He takes great pride in identifying opportunities to strengthen processes and enhance the organization’s operational effectiveness.

In his spare time, Zac enjoys spending time with friends. He is a devoted fan of the Indiana Hoosiers, Indianapolis Colts, Indiana Pacers and Chelsea F.C. Zac also enjoys walking outdoors and listening to sports and comedy podcasts.
